When I became a wellness coach, I was so excited to finally be doing work that felt meaningful and aligned with my purpose. But once I stepped into the reality of building my own practice, I ran into the same challenge so many certified coaches face: I knew how to coach, but actually turning it into a professional coaching practice felt so overwhelming.
After leaving a long career in digital marketing to start my own coaching practice, I found myself navigating all the parts of private practice ownership that felt far less clear than coaching itself—how to structure the business, how to create the right offer, how to talk about my work in a way people understood, and how to build something that felt professional, sustainable, and true to who I was.
Over time, I brought together my background in marketing with my work as a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, and private practice owner to create a more thoughtful, aligned way for coaches to build.

Do I have to be certified or an NBC-HWC to join?
You do not need to be a Nationally Board Certified Coach, however, our Mentor Coaches and trainings speak to the NBHWC code of ethics and scope of practice.
How are the live calls scheduled?
There are several options to join live calls in the network:
- Bi-weekly co-working sessions
- Monthly goal planning and intention-setting calls
- Mid-month "Let's Grow" collaboration & connection call
We also schedule regular specialty workshops and guest speakers within the community as an exclusive benefit to our members.
Every call is intended to help you stay connected and consistent as you build and grow your coaching practice.
Are the calls recorded?
Many of our calls and live sessions inside the network are recorded, however, we do pause the recording during group discussion portions and member sharing to ensure privacy of our members.
What if I'm just getting started in my coaching practice?
Congratulations on starting your new coaching practice! If you are still going through the process of setting up your business and getting it launched, we recommend starting with Wellness Coach Business Academy.
If you have an established coaching practice and have worked with paying clients in your practice, the Network is a great fit for you!
What does The Wellness Coach Businss Network include?

Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes. When you join the Wellspired Membership, you can cancel at any time with a 7-day notice, and you'll remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
What if I cannot make a live call or class?
No worries! Many of our calls and classes are recorded if you can't make it live. However, we do pause recordings during group discussion and individual shares to help maintain privacy for our members.
Are there options for 1:1 support in the membership?
